Mazen Zbib is a distinguished IT leader with over 21 years of international experience in IT management, digital transformation, and business technology strategy. He has led IT operations across industries such as automotive, construction, facility management, and retail, driving enterprise-wide technology advancements and fostering innovation.

Currently, Mazen heads the IT department at AlNasr Contracting, where he spearheads IT strategy, system implementations, and digital transformation initiatives. His leadership has resulted in key implementations, including Dynamics 365, SAP transitions, Cisco Umbrella, Quorum’s Disaster Recovery, and KnowBe4 Security Awareness solutions, significantly enhancing organizational productivity and cybersecurity.

In recognition of his transformative leadership, Mazen was honored with "The World CIO 200 Awards - Master" by the Global CIO Forum Committee in Dubai in July 2024. This prestigious accolade highlights his achievements in driving organizational excellence.

Mazen’s technical expertise is complemented by numerous certifications, including Microsoft Azure, Office 365, ITIL V3, Oracle Database, and Citrix Certified Administrator. A Chartered IT Professional (CITP) and Advanced RITTech Assessor recognized by the British Computer Society (BCS), he seamlessly bridges technical mastery with executive-level management, excelling in IT governance, vendor management, and enterprise security.

Furthering his professional journey, Mazen is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at Henley Business School. His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cybersecurity in agriculture, exploring how AI-driven innovations and robust cybersecurity frameworks can advance precision farming and secure digital transformation in agritech.
